Whenever I am here, I want to be there.
This is a rather obnoxious feature of my personality, I know.
I should seek some counselling on the issue, ‘cause I have no idea where it comes from. If only therapy wasn’t so damn fashionable these days.
I hate pretty much everything that is fashionable.

Anyway, we're looking down, aren't we?!
A cast down look is of longing, if you ask me.
It seems to say: “All right so I have a nice view from here, but look down there, wouldn’t it be fantastic if I were laying on one of those rocks, alternating between reinvigorating swims and listless sunbathing?”

Sadly enough there is another voice in my head, which grows louder and louder ever since the words “looking down” crossed my mind. It is yet another irritating side of me (you see, how I am my own biggest fan, hahahaha….) and it is called ‘fear’. Yes, I am afraid of almost everything: heights, spiders, and all other insects, deep water, shallow water, salad, strangers, mice, and all other vermin, the dark, boy I could go on and on and on. But for now it suffices to say that while one voice tells me I need, need, need to go there, the other instructs me to stay, stay, stay where I am.

See my predicament? I hardly get out the door, so to speak.
I honestly don’t know how I get through this thing called life anymore.
Do you?!
